SEO content writing services for pages that rank and get quoted by AI

Vibex is a content writing agency for fintech, payments, crypto, iGaming and other technical fields. We write articles, blog posts, website pages and landing pages that rank in Google and get quoted when your buyers ask AI tools about your market.

Our SEO copywriting services are for marketing and SEO teams that need writers who understand their product. Unlike most SEO content agencies, we can also pitch your strongest pages to journalists through digital PR, so they earn links after they go live.

What we write

Article, blog and website copywriting

SEO content writing means writing pages that answer what your buyers search for, in a way Google and AI tools can understand, rank and quote. Each page covers one topic people actually search for, answers it clearly, and points the reader to your product.

Our SEO writing services cover two kinds of work. Most clients use both.

Part 01

Blog and article writing

Our article writing service and blog writing service produce the pages that bring in search traffic: guides, explainers, comparisons and articles built around your own data. Each one targets a topic your buyers search for and answers it in the first lines.

  • Guides and explainers on topics your buyers search for
  • Comparison articles and answers to common buyer questions
  • Articles built on your data, research or expert views
  • Updates to existing articles that have lost rankings
Part 02

Website and landing page copywriting

Our website copywriting service covers the pages that turn visitors into leads: product pages, service pages and the home page. Landing page copywriting covers the pages behind your campaigns, written so the reader knows what you offer and what to do next.

  • Home, product and service pages
  • Landing pages for campaigns and paid ads
  • Rewrites of pages that rank but do not convert
  • Clear, consistent naming for your products across the site
Industries

Industries we write for

We write for technical fields where a wrong term costs you trust. Your readers know the subject, so the writing has to be accurate before it can rank.

Fintech

Banking, lending, compliance and money apps, explained for the readers who buy them: product teams, finance leads and founders.

Payments

Card acceptance, acquiring, payment methods and fees, written so merchants understand them and specialists do not wince.

Crypto

Our crypto content writing covers exchanges, stablecoins, wallets and regulation, in plain words that still hold up for a technical reader.

iGaming

Operators, platforms, payments and licensing, written for a market with strict rules on what you can say and how.

We also write for other technical fields where the product takes some explaining. If your buyers are specialists, your content needs to be written by people who take the time to learn the subject.

Why our content works harder

Content written for Google and AI answers

More buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI answers before they search. We write every page so AI tools can lift a clear answer from it and name you as the source.

Blue light stripes falling across dark steps

Structured for AI tools to quote

Answer-first paragraphs

The first sentence of each section answers the question in its heading. AI tools quote paragraphs that make sense on their own.

Clear definitions

Key terms are defined in one plain sentence, so an AI tool can use your definition instead of a competitor's.

Original data

Where we can, we add numbers only you have. AI tools and journalists cite sources that publish data nobody else has.

Consistent naming

Your company, products and features are named the same way on every page, so AI tools connect them to you.

Digital PR earns your content links after it goes live

Most content agencies stop when the article is published. We can take your strongest pages, especially those built on original data, and pitch them to journalists through our digital PR service. When journalists cite them, the page earns links from news websites, which helps it rank in Google and makes it more likely to be used in AI answers.

This content work is part of our AI SEO offer. For ongoing work on your site so AI tools can find, understand and quote it, see our GEO and AEO services.

Digital PR earned DECTA's findings page 605 links from 284 websites, including Reuters, Forbes and Yahoo Finance. Read the DECTA case study.

How we write

How we write your content

Every piece goes through the same five steps, from choosing the topic to the final checks before it goes live.

  1. Topic planning and keyword research

We find what your buyers search for and ask AI tools, and plan topics around the questions that lead to your product.

  2. Expert input

We collect what only your team knows: a short call or written answers from someone who works on the subject.

  3. Writing

A writer turns the research and your expert's input into a page that answers the question first and explains the rest in plain words.

  4. Editing

An editor checks every fact against its source, cuts filler and makes sure the terms are right for your industry.

  5. Optimisation

We add the headings, internal links and page details Google and AI tools need, then hand it over for your approval.

What you get

  • A topic plan based on keyword research and the questions buyers ask AI tools
  • Articles, blog posts, website pages or landing pages, written and edited
  • Facts checked against sources, with source links where they belong
  • Headings, meta titles and descriptions, and internal link suggestions
  • Content ready to publish, or published in your CMS for you

How we use AI, and how we don't. We use AI tools for research tasks, such as gathering the questions people ask and checking what already ranks. People write and edit every page, and every fact is checked against its source. We do not publish AI drafts as they are.

FAQ

Questions about SEO content writing

How long does each piece take?

It depends on the length and how much expert input a topic needs. We plan each month's topics in advance and agree a delivery schedule with you at the start, so you know when each piece will arrive. Pages built on original data take longer, because the data has to be collected and checked first.

How many revisions do we get?

You review every piece before it goes live, and we make the changes you ask for. Most changes come from facts only your team knows, so we collect expert input before writing to keep review rounds short.

Who supplies the industry expertise?

Both of us. Our writers research the topic and know the industries we write for, and your team adds what only you know: how your product works, what your customers ask, and your view on the market. Usually that is a short call or a few written answers per topic.

Can you publish directly to our CMS?

Yes. With access to your CMS, we can format and publish each piece for you, including headings, images and page details. If you prefer to publish yourself, we deliver ready-to-paste documents instead.

How many pieces can you write a month?

Volume is set per client, based on your goals and how quickly your team can review. We would rather publish fewer pages that rank and get quoted than many that do neither. We agree the monthly volume on the strategy call.
